The agreement between you and Blerd Vision Hosting when you buy and use a subscription.

Blerd Vision IPTV is a subscription that provides access to streaming content over the internet. You are buying access to a service for a fixed term, not a licence to any individual piece of content.
We are a streaming-service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any broadcaster, sports league, studio or channel owner.
Keep your credentials private. Sharing them causes your line to exceed its connection limit and to be locked, and repeated sharing may result in suspension without refund.
Ensure that using this service is lawful where you live. Broadcasting and retransmission law varies between countries and it is your responsibility to know what applies to you.
Use the service for personal, private viewing. Public performance, commercial redistribution and resale outside our reseller programme are not permitted.
Each plan includes a stated number of simultaneous connections. You may install your credentials on as many devices as you wish, but no more streams may play at once than your plan allows.
Automated scraping, restreaming, and any attempt to redistribute our feeds are prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
We operate load-balanced infrastructure with automatic failover and target 99.9% availability, but no internet service can promise uninterrupted delivery. Channels occasionally change source and are re-pointed as quickly as we can.
Planned maintenance is scheduled for low-traffic hours wherever possible. Brief interruptions do not constitute a service failure and are not individually refundable.
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term chosen. Nothing renews automatically, no card is stored, and no recurring charge is created.
Prices may change for future purchases. Any change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time; there is nothing to cancel because nothing recurs.
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches these terms — in particular credential sharing, restreaming or attempted fraud — without refund.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
