We collect the minimum needed to sell you a subscription and support it. This page sets out exactly what that is.

When you order or request a trial we collect your name, email address, the device type you told us about and your country. If you contact support we keep the conversation so we have context next time.
Payment is processed by our store's payment providers. Card numbers never reach this website and we neither see nor store them.
Our servers keep standard technical logs — IP address, timestamp and stream requested — which are used to run the service, diagnose faults and detect credential sharing.
To create and activate your line, to send your credentials, to provide support, to process refunds where they apply, and to prevent abuse of the service.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Payment processors, so your transaction can complete. Our streaming infrastructure providers, to the extent needed to run your line. Nobody else.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, in any circumstances.
Account and order records are kept while your line is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes and comply with accounting obligations. Technical logs are rotated on a short cycle.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.
This website uses functional cookies only — the live chat widget sets one so a conversation survives a page reload. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Blocking cookies in your browser will not prevent you from using the site; only the chat widget may behave differently.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how we use it.
